What I Mainly Do…

  • Massage therapy with 21 years experience: Deep tissue/Sport therapy (limited availability-Tahoe City location only)
  • ​Craniosacral therapy (CST) with 18 years experience and the only Upledger certified Craniosacral therapist in the area. Educated with advanced trainings for pediatric and adult populations.
  • SomatoEmotional release:A byproduct of Craniosacral therapy which helps release trauma from the body in a supported gentle way.

I'm obsessed with education, the inner worlds of our bodies, and the art of therapeutic touch.  
I LOVE Massage and Craniosacral therapy. The art of massage has always been a passion of mine. Adding Craniosacral therapy has been a beautiful journey of learning how to best support my clients. Through my trainings, I have been to the depths of my own self, and supported many others on their healing journey. This allows me to support my clients in a neutral and supportive way, no matter what the situation is. 

I've been a massage professional for 21 years and Certified Craniosacral therapist for 6, with 18 years of Craniosacral training.  

Current happenings:


December: Happy holidays! I will be out of both offices from 12/20-1/5  


November 2025: I am heading to Florida to be a support therapist at the annual Intensive Therapy Program for Veterans with PTSD at the Upledger Institute. Clients receive 5 days of mulit-hands Craniosacral therapy from advanced therapists. That's 2 sessions per day for 3-4 hours of daily intense work. 


October  through November I'm taking a 4th class of the year! It's derived from CST but delves into the current Psychology and Philosophical ideas that can be integrated into CST and body therapy to increase client well being.  It feels full circle from my Psychology degree days with a  minor in Philosophy.  Therapy for the Body, Mind, and Spirit!

  • ​​Visceral Manipulation techniques-these sessions take 30-45 mins, book as Craniosacral therapy
  • Myofascial repatterning techniques/release (book as Craniosacral therapy)
  • Foot reflexology
  • Lymphatic stimulation techniques and dry body bushing
  • Reiki Master/teacher level certification

  • BA Psychology East Stroudsburg University, PA 2000 with a  concentration in Philosophy
  • Body Being Massage Center, Truckee CA Completion/Certification 2004
  • Upledger Craniosacral therapy, 6 core classes completed  2007-2017 
  • Certified Craniosacral Therapist UII 2019
  • CST specific continuing education; Pediatrics 1 & 2, Touching the Brain 1 & 2,  5x4 day Immune System classes, Chronic Depletion class and 2 Body Systems class, Beyond the Cranial Base class and Clinical Applications of CST class. 
  • Completion  of 4 Visceral Manipulation courses 2021-2024
  • Myofascial repatterning  2010 (blend of MFR and CST) 35 hours
  • Reiki Master/teacher certification
  • specialized courses in the following:aromatherapy basics, Foot reflexology, Prenatal massage, Carpal tunnel, Migraines, Whip lash, Concussion, Fascia, and more.
