Please keep in mind, the best outcomes come from more than one session.  Sometimes one can find enough relief from one session  and sometimes it takes several.

I am priced to afford multiple sessions. Please take advantage of this.

Be patient with your results. As one of my many teachers said, "If a trauma came out the way it went in, we certainly wouldn't like that!".  I agree!

Craniosacral Therapy is a light touch modality that works with the Central Nervous system through the tissues, bones, fascia, lymph, muscles, nerves, cerebrospinal fluid, and membranes surrounding the brain,  to release tensions, patterns, emotions and trauma from our bodies to promote  our self healing functions. Phew! It's pretty cool. Each session is different, as I listen to your body's inner wisdom to guide the session. I feel subtle tensions, stuck energy, and fascia patterns and use gentle hands to follow what the inner wisdom shows me and release any "bumps in the road". Each session is directed by your body and you are in control.

In a session, anything of the following can occur:

  • we talk or not talk, up to  you!
  • release emotion, or not
  • release tension patterns
  • inner mouthwork (yes, I use gloves)
  • focus on the "felt sense" and get in touch with your body's messages
  • use Jungian imaging techniques to help your process
  • Move, or stay still
  • dive into the past or work through current frustrations
  • have a positional tissue release with full body movement
  • have a laugh, or a cry
  • drop into a deep state of relaxation
  • Have a gentle Somatoemotional release, or a huge one. Whatever your inner wisdom knows what you can handle.
